GET YOUR DRIVING LICENSE AT KITSO

Driving is an important skill that many South Africans under the age of 35 do not possess. This skill is even more important in a world where online shopping, e-commerce, food deliveries are slowly taking over, giving someone in a remote village in the north west province a chance to purchase something online and have it delivered for less than it costs to go to town. There will be opportunities there that will serve as a perfect starting point for many in the province to start building their lifes and a career. Not every job needs a license but having one is not going to hurt your application and if you pursue entrepreneurship eventually you will need one, you cant start studying for your learners when you should he focused on building your business.

At Kitso we consider driving to be an important skill that many matriculants can get a lot out of. It is not just good if you have your own car and need to get from point A to B but it also opens up a whole world of opportunities that you may not even be aware of, this isn't just opportunities in moving goods and people but there are a lot of opportunities where being able to drive automatically increases your odds of getting selected for a role. It also shows that you are capable of learning something in an environment other than a formal education environment like the one you got in high school. we live in a world where in-order to get a decent job you need to compete with millions of people some of whom have tertiary qualifications. You need something that can give you an edge and a drivers license can be that thing, it doesn't cost a lot of money to obtain especially if you receive FREE driving lessons from us. Getting a driver's license has a lot of positives and barely any negatives , if you just finished your matric and are taking a gap year you have time to get one, and if you have been on gap years before then your next gap year is the perfect opportunity for you to get your license.

How do we support matriculants who want to obtain their driving license?

We support matriculants through the entire journey to getting their driver's license. This covers everything except the fees payable at the testing centre.

Learner's license preparation

We give every matriculant free access to our own online platform for learner's test preparation. It includes study material and practice tests, so they can walk into the test confident and prepared.

Driving lessons

Once they have their learner's license, we offer FREE driving lessons to help them build the skills and confidence to pass the practical test. Lessons are structured so that even first-time drivers can progress at a comfortable pace.

Guidance through the process

We help matriculants understand each step, from booking the learner's test, to applying for the driving license, to preparing for the practical assessment. This means fewer surprises, and less confusion about what to bring or do on the day. By removing the barriers of preparation and training, we help matriculants take a practical step towards their future.

What we don't cover

Fees charged at the testing centres (such as test and license card fees) are not covered by our programme, so matriculants need to budget for those separately.
